Moderate to strong northeast monsoon conditions..The near equatorial trough aloft lies within the vicinity of the region until Friday,then it moves south with the tropical convection region also moving further south with considerable cross equatorial flow,drier,cooler and more stable air over the region resulting in reduced chances of rain.
